c: Okay, here we go, One, two, three.
m: Give me some imagery.
c: Uhm, it’s all very, very orange yanno? You’re looking at the mountain and it’s orange. And it’s...it feels like everything’s on fire but being on fire, in this way, isn’t really a bad thing strangely. It’s just warmth. And it’s like the sunrise.
m: It’s like a sunrise?
I see a house not too far off in the distance through the trees
I miss the days where it feels like I’m totally complete
Met with a sunset
And suddenly I realize what it means
Captivated by the warmth in the air
It’s a little bittersweet
m: Okay, so I want to revisit the idea of the sunrise that you were talking about.
c: Hmm, yeah. I guess the reason that I went to that word is...is cause it’s like a familiar warmth. And after a little bit of space, a little bit of cold yanno, it’s just like, “oh, I remember this.”
m: After the absence.
c: Yeah.
